Every total below is computed from an operator's published rate card — the shared per-person price, or the private-charter formula (a rate for two, plus a stated amount per additional person). Nothing is estimated, and yes, going private alone means paying the two-person rate.

At published rates, a private boat never undercuts the shared price — the cheapest private Tour A works out at ₱13,000 per person against ₱1,200–1,500 shared. You are paying for the boat and the schedule, not for cheaper seats. That is worth knowing before anyone tells you a private charter "works out the same".
The solo reality
Solo travellers join shared boats — that is what the per-person rate is. The private rows above are what it costs to have the boat to yourself, and the operator's floor is the two-person rate. No indexed operator publishes a single-person discount.
What we have not verified
- Boat capacity caps. No indexed operator publishes a maximum group size per boat.
- Whether walk-up beach prices beat these published rates. They often will; this index can only trace what is published.
- Child rates. No indexed operator publishes one.
