At published rates, a private boat for 3 never undercuts the shared price — the cheapest private Tour A works out at ₱4,733 per person against ₱1,200–1,500 shared. You are paying for the boat and the schedule, not for cheaper seats. That is worth knowing before anyone tells you a private charter "works out the same".
