The lagoons of El Nido

The lagoons are what the postcards are of — still water inside limestone walls. Four are published as tour stops, and two of them charge their own entrance fee on top of everything else.

Lagoon entry fees El Nido Tours2026-08-26 are per person, per entry, on top of the tour price and the ₱400 ETDF — and a kayak (≈₱150) is usually needed to get inside. "None published" is not the same as free: it means no source collected here printed a figure.

What is actually verified about each

Lagoon · Tour A

Big Lagoon

High walls and still water, and the single most photographed place in the archipelago.

Lagoon · Tour A

Small Lagoon

Reached through a narrow gap in the rock; quiet once the tour groups thin out.

Lagoon · Tour A

Secret Lagoon

Nothing yet beyond which tour stops here — the page says so rather than inventing a scene.

Lagoon · Tour D

Cadlao Lagoon

The water quality at Cadlao is consistently described by operators as the best of the lagoons.

Getting to them

None of these are reached independently — they are stops on the lettered boat tours out of El Nido Beach:

3 of these stops · ₱1,200–1,500 pp

Tour A — The Lagoons

The route almost everyone does first: the two big lagoons on Miniloc Island, plus a sandbar beach on the way home.

1 of these stops · ₱1,200–1,500 pp

Tour D — Cadlao and the Quiet Beaches

The closest route to town, around Cadlao Island. Usually the least busy, and a common third or fourth day.
